The companies supplying electricity are obliged to maintain a constant voltage and frequency in their supply, within tolerances of +/- 7% for voltage and +/- 5% for frequency.

Furthermore, they are obliged to keep the supply available permanently, unless otherwise indicated in the Subscription Policy, except for reasons of force majeure.

Nonetheless, if the Utility Company should need to effect an outage in the supply for maintenance work on the lines, users must be informed of this at least 24 hours in advance.
